Registration starts 8:30am, races begin 10:00am

 

The Dutchess ARC
Laurel Run will take place on Sunday, May 18, 2008 at Freedom Park in Lagrange,
NY, featuring 10 mile and 5K races in open and masters categories, plus
separate 2 mile course for walkers. 
Cash prizes and trophies to top finishers, incentive prizes for walkers
who raise pledges.  Lots of family
fun, kids races and activities, food, entertainment, and health related
exhibitors.  All proceeds support Dutchess ARC’s

The Hotchkiss Chorus will be hosting a spirited celebration of
spring
Sunday, May 18, at 7 p.m. in the Esther Eastman Music Center's
Katherine M.
Elfers Hall at the Hotchkiss School when they present
"Hallelujah, It's
Spring!"

The choral group, which is
led by music instructor Laurie Ellington, is
comprised of nearly three
dozen Hotchkiss students. A joyful program is
planned that includes works
by Randall Thompson, Purcell, Mendelssohn and
Ellington, among others. The
concert is free and open to the public.

The Hotchkiss School is located at 11 Interlaken
Road in Lakeville, CT.
