WKZE.com - Welcome

Time for a change in your radio habits?

Tired of the endless repetition and lack of variety of most radio stations? Then you've come to the right place! Welcome to the home of 98.1 KZE, the radio station that promises, and delivers, musical diversity. As one of our listeners said in a recent voice mail: "You really have a great talent for putting together music in a way that's unexpected, stimulating, fun (and) interesting....Keep up the good work!"

Just click on this button if this sounds like something that might be of interest to you! You'll be more than pleasantly surprised. But be careful! Listening to KZE can be habit-forming, and can make listening to "regular" radio stations, including satellite radio, very hard to do. With that warning, make yourself at home, and be prepared to be taken for a music journey you won't soon forget.

KZE Air Staff gets to hang out with Pete!

Despite the downpours and the washed-out last segment of the Clearwater Festival, the KZE air staff got a rare and much appreciated treat...the opportunity to hang out with Pete Seeger, who took advantage of our tent to escape the rain for 45 minutes Sunday afternoon. You have to admit...he looks better than ever! And so does that cupcake (made by our own Creslyn Romar!)

Morning Brew Cafe

Morning Brew is a community oriented coffee house serving organic, fair-trade coffees and vegan, vegetarian & carnivorous food that's lovingly prepared from scratch. Morning Brew Café and Coffee House was opened in May 2005 by Jane Simos, a 1990 graduate of SUNY New Paltz, and full time Stone Ridge resident, who traveled the world for 10 years as an adventure travel guide. After moving back to the Hudson Valley, she saw the lack of coffee house culture in the area as an opportunity to create "a comfortable place on this side of the mountain to get a good cup of coffee and a healthy meal for a reasonable price." Morning Brew serves breakfast all day, handcrafted sandwiches and great coffee drinks in a fun, relaxed and social atmosphere with Wi-Fi and local art. Open 7-4 every day.  2303 Lucas Ave, corner of Rt 21,  High Falls, NY  (845) 687-4750.

Please help us support local businesses by clicking on the Shop Local button, and then patronizing the stores listed there. That helps us, helps the local businesses who advertise with us, and it helps the whole community.

Thanks for your support.
